ABOUT VIC MICOLUCCI
News anchor and investigative reporter for the Jacksonville, FL based station News4Jax. He has covered numerous major national events, including severe hurricanes, 4 presidential elections, and the trial of George Zimmerman . He is also a DJ and emcee in the Jacksonville area, and he often uploads content from the special events he works to his vicmicolucci Instagram account.
While attending the University of Florida to earn a degree in journalism and communications, he interned with Channel 4 and the Florida Times-Union during summer breaks. After graduating, he went on to become an assignment editor and mobile journalist with WJXT in 2010.
He has received 3 Suncoast Emmy Awards, 2 Edward R. Murrow Awards and numerous Associated Press Awards. He has also been voted "Jacksonville's Best Investigative Reporter" by Folio Weekly and Void Magazine's "#1 Newscaster in the 904." As a reporter, he mainly covers crime, justice, public safety and government.
He has a goddaughter named Mila Marie. In November 2022, he posted a photo series of her christening ceremony in which he appears with other relatives as well, including his sister and brother-in-law. He is from Jacksonville, Florida.
He contributes to an extensive list of charitable organizations, including Wolfson Children's Hospital and The Tim Tebow Foundation.
