She started acting in commercials and short films at age five.
Although she was born in Vancouver, she is of Jamaican and Filipino descent.
She is the daughter of well-known actor Viv Leacock.
In When Calls the Heart, she starred alongside Erin Krakow , Martin Cummins , and Pascale Hutton .
