Sri Lankan singer and violin player who composed the Maldivian National Anthem.
He started playing a Japanese made tin violin when he was seven years old.
He worked as an artist at Radio Ceylon for a period of time.
He and his wife Wimala had a son and two daughters together.
He is a singer like Enrique Iglesias .
