ABOUT WALDEMAR ANTON

Veteran center-back, athlete, soccer player, and right-back that originally began his professional club soccer career with Hannover 96 in the year 2016. After four seasons, he then joined the German Bundesliga squad VfB Stuttgart in July of 2020. He stands six feet, two inches tall.

He first began playing soccer as a child with Mühlenberger SV. A few years later, he then joined the Hannover 96 youth squad in the year 2007.

He made his official international team debut with Germany while playing against France on the date of March 23, 2024. He and his teammates won the match with a score of 2-0. He is also a member of the German men's national team.

Although he was born in Uzbekistan, he grew up living with his family in Germany. He is of German and Russian descent.

He primarily plays the position of center-back just like David Luiz .
