ABOUT WALTER WILLIAMSON
American actor, entertainer, performer, and artist who is best known for his role as Errol Dandridge in The Longest Yard , as well as for his roles in the movies Mr. Deeds , The Omega Code, and Freedom Fighters.
As a teenager he acted, wrote, designed, and directed for numerous community theaters. He studied at Virginia Commonwealth University.
He helped found the annual Elizabethan Festival. He was also an international finalist for The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art.
The Barter Theater in Abingdon, Virginia was his first Equity assignment, followed by long associations with The Flat Rock Playhouse and The Virginia Museum Theater.
He has one daughter from a previous marriage.
He starred alongside Adam Sandler and Burt Reynolds in the movie The Longest Yard.
