ABOUT WARREN YOUNG

Former left winger who played professionally for seven seasons in the NHL for the Detroit Red Wings, Pittsburgh Penguins,
and Minnesota North Stars.

He played college hockey at Michigan Tech.

He scored 40 goals in his rookie season and was named to the 1984–1985 NHL All-Rookie Team.

He grew up with his family in Toronto, Canada.

With Pittsburgh, he played alongside Hall-of-Famer Mario Lemieux .
