Former professional quarterback that was drafted by the Los Angeles Chargers formerly now as the San Diego Chargers, during the eighth round of the 1970 NFL Draft. During his five-year NFL playing career, he played for the Chargers, Cincinnati Bengals and the Kansas City Chiefs .

Prior to being drafted, he attended the University of Miami .

Although he played in the NFL for five seasons, he was never able to throw an NFL touchdown.
