Soccer player who began his professional career as a defender for Saint-Étienne. He played for Leicester City in the 2021 FA Cup. In 2022, he signed a seven-year deal with Chelsea FC .

He joined Saint-Étienne's youth system in 2015.

He grew up with five siblings. His grandmother helped inspire his interest and passion in soccer. He grew up living with his grandparents near Marseille, France.
