Fullback and defensive end who made his NFL debut in 2010 for the Seattle Seahawks and later joined the San Francisco 49ers and became an NFC champ in 2012.

He attended East High School in Utah.

He played college football for the Oregon Ducks.

He was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Quarterback Matt Hasselbeck was his teammate on the Seahawks.
