ABOUT WILLIAM HADDAD
Journalist and political lobbyist who famously worked as an aide to the Kennedy family and assisted in the founding of the Peace Corps. He assisted in the presidential campaigns of both John F. Kennedy and Robert F. Kennedy . He also served as the inspector general for the Office of Economic Opportunity from 1964 to 1966.
He earned a bachelor's degree from Columbia College in 1954 and later went on to study at the Columbia Graduate School of Journalism.
He also enjoyed a career as a businessman, most famously as the marketing director for DeLorean Motor Company in 1979.
He is the son of Esther Nowack Haddad and Charles Haddad.
He was the campaign manager for Governor of New York candidate Mario Cuomo in 1982.
