Actor best known for his role in the 2018 film Boy Erased. He has appeared in many TV series, including How I Met Your Mother , The Big Bang Theory , New Girl , Grey's Anatomy , The Vampire Diaries and Fuller House .
He attended West Covina High School, and was on the wrestling team during his time there.
He trained at Playhouse West for more than three years, studying under Jeff Goldblum .
He has Chinese and Vietnamese heritage.
He appeared in Boy Erased alongside Nicole Kidman and Lucas Hedges .
