ABOUT WILLIAM ROSENBERG
Founder of the Dunkin' Donuts franchise. He grew the franchise from one store in Quincy, Massachusetts, to over 5,000 locations.
He ran a company called Industrial Luncheon Services, which delivered coffee snacks and meals to factory workers in the suburbs of Boston.
He decided to expand his business via franchising, and he founded the International Franchise Association to set standards for the industry.
He grew up in Mashpee, Massachusetts.
He and Ray Kroc , the brains behind McDonald's, both established successful franchises that dominated the U.S. landscape.
