ABOUT WILLIAM ROSS

American composer, orchestrator, conductor, and music director. He is known for leading the music department for films such as Steel Magnolias , Ladder 49 , Stuart Little , and Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets . He has won three Primetime Emmy Awards and one Daytime Emmy Award.

His first film credit as a composer came in 1983 on the TV movie The Hasty Heart.

He has been nominated for two Grammy Awards.

He was born and raised in the United States.

He composed the music for the The Hunger Games , which starred Jennifer Lawrence .
