ABOUT WOO DO-HWAN (ACTOR)

South Korean actor known for his work in both television dramas and films, such as Mr. Plankton, Joseon Lawyer, Save Me, Mad Dog, and Tempted. In 2023, he played Kim Geon-woo in the Netflix series Bloodhounds.

He attended Dankook University, where he majored in performance and film. He began his acting career in 2011, pursuing minor roles. He worked part-time jobs while waiting to acquire more prominent roles. His breakout role was in the television drama Save Me in 2017. He also starred in the thriller Mad Dog in 2017.

His performance in Mad Dog earned him the Best New Actor award at the 31st KBS Drama Awards. He enlisted for military service on July 6, 2020, and was discharged on January 5, 2022, after completing his service.

He was born and raised in Anyang, Gyeonggi Province, South Korea. He has a younger sister.

He acted alongside Ryu Hwa-young in Mad Dog in 2017. He acted alongside Woo Do-hwan in Joseon Lawyer in 2023.
