Political journalist most famous for having been the White House correspondent for PBS NewsHour. She has also written for The New York Times and been featured on shows like Meet the Press and Morning Joe.

She grew up in Miami, Florida. During high school, she was an intern at the Westside Gazette and Miami Herald.

She was nominated for a Shorty Award in the Journalist category in 2016.

She married reporter Nathaniel Cline in 2018.

She has been a guest on The Rachel Maddow Show.
