Television actress who has appeared in several series such as Good Friends, Beautiful You, Let's Make a New Start, and All The Love In The World. She has also gained popularity as a fitness instructor.

She made her television debut in 2006 on the series Unstoppable High Kick.

She graduated from Hansung University with a degree in dance, and from Yonsei University with a master's in sports psychology.

She was born in Gyeongsangbuk, South Korea. Her parents have appeared on her godbella Instagram account.
