ABOUT YASSIR AL-SHEHRANI

Professional left back and center back that signed his first professional contract with the Al Sadd Sports Club in 2010. A few years later, he signed with the Al Hilal Saudi Football Club in 2012. He has also played for the Saudi Arabian men's national team during his career.

He first began playing soccer as a young child growing up. As a teenager, he joined the Al-Qadisiyah youth club.

He played for the Saudi Arabian men's international team during the 2018 and 2022 World Cups. He scored his first international goal playing against Palestine during the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifiers. In November 2022, he had to undergo facial surgery after being kneed in the face by a goalkeeper during a match.

Growing up, he lived with his family in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

He played alongside Salman Al-Faraj as a member of Saudi Arabia.
