Japanese actress and singer who has appeared in the 1995 film Godzilla vs. Destoroyah.
She was born in Ashiya, Hyōgo and attended Horikoshi High School before debuting as a pop singer in 1985.
She released a hit song called Teddy Boy Blues, which became the title of a popular arcade game.
She is the younger sister of singer Mako Ishino .
She and Elizabeth Olsen both played leading roles in Godzilla films.
