He started making music in 2015 under the name Ellens. In June 2018, he released his debut single called Bella Ciao, which reached the 27th place in the Dutch Single. In April 2020, he released his debut studio album titled Young Ellens. In November 2021, he followed up with his second album called 419.

His real name is Danny Radermacher. He is an anime fan. His music blends hip-hop, trap, and Afrobeat.

He grew up in Amsterdam and is of Curaçao descent.

He and fellow rapper Ashafar were both born in the Netherlands.
