He was an established drummer by the age of seven. His debut acting role was on stage in a play called Quindaro alongside Bill Cobbs .

He has performed in numerous stage productions for the Madrid Theatre, and starred in commercials for Famous Footwear, Volkswagon and Walmart.

He was born in Kansas City, Missouri and would move to Los Angeles, California.
